Weaver Meat Processing is excited to be introducing a new specialty sausage called boudin for the 2016-17 deer season. This cajun sausage is course ground for an incredible texture. The addition of cooked rice makes this sausage phenomenal. The special seasoning we use has an authentic cajun flavor that really tops off this sausage.
